We’re Dental Society in St Clair SA

The latest addition to the Dental Society crew, meet Ria! Rob and Sadia have known Ria for almost 20 years, when Ria was the head nurse at the Adelaide Dental Hospital where our principal dentists were just mere students! Since then, Ria has completed a Bachelor of Dental Hygiene and has been passionate about oral health for over 10 years. She is still the caring, fun and enthusiastic youngster we remember and we are so lucky to be working together again!

Lisa has over 13 years experience in the dental industry as a qualified oral health therapist. She has worked in both private and public dental settings and has also been a clinical educator and tutor at the University of Adelaide teaching oral health students. She received the ‘Dental and Health Science Award’ in her second year of study for attaining the highest grade in that subject.

Lisa is passionate about the links between oral and systemic disease and has developed clinical skills to help in the detection and management of gum disease. Having two young children of her own she is also passionate about ensuring that children have access to comfortable and positive dental care from an early age.

Lisa has Ukrainian heritage and has been involved in Ukrainian dancing and singing events. She also loves running and has even completed a full marathon…before kids…her time is now spent running after her two young children.

We are extremely fortunate to have Lisa with us at Dental Society. Her skill, attention and love of her craft makes her one of the best in her field, and we have our patients (and Dr. Rob’s) feedback to back it!
